Impact Projects
Whether you're an individual donor or a corporate partner, our projects offer practical ways to save lives and strengthen the future of women’s breast healthcare in Nigeria.
Project 1: Screen 100 Women – C.O.P.E Early Detection Challenge

Breast cancer is the most diagnosed cancer among women in Nigeria. Yet, far too many women are still being diagnosed late when treatment becomes more difficult and expensive. The Screen 100 Women – C.O.P.E Early Detection Challenge allows you to directly fund the early detection of breast cancer and save lives.
What Your Support Covers
With a donation of ₦2,000,000.00 (approximately $2,000), you fund breast ultrasound screenings, survivor education, and follow-up referrals, when needed. All screenings are delivered in a safe, professional environment by qualified sonographers.
Why It Matters:
Early detection saves lives but access remains limited. Your support helps us reach more women each month, especially in underserved communities, and brings us closer to our goal of screening 5 million women by 2030.
Your Impact
- 100 women receive screening and education
- More women in Nigeria are connected to early breast health care
- Stronger outcomes for survivors, families, and communities

Project 2: The C.O.P.E Forward Fund – Building Our Permanent Headquarters

As Nigeria’s first and longest-running breast cancer nonprofit, and after nearly 30 years of service, C.O.P.E is building a permanent home. Our current rented facility has served us well, but it limits how much we can do. The C.O.P.E Forward Fund is our bold step towards long-term infrastructure that supports our vision of serving as the foremost comprehensive breast cancer resource center for patients, caregivers and survivors in Nigeria.
What Your Support Helps Fund:
- Land acquisition and construction
- Medical equipment and furnishings
A permanent headquarters allows us to:
- Increase screening and clinical services
- Provide survivor support in a safe, well-equipped space
- Coordinate outreach and education more effectively
- Save long-term on rent and operational costs
Funding Goal: $350,000 USD
